2. Information we steward

Information you provide

When you submit a contact form, subscribe, join a waitlist, or request content, we may collect identifiers such as your name, email address, company, and the information you choose to share. We use it to provide the communication, resource, or response you requested.

Technical and engagement data

We may analyze how visitors interact with the site to understand engagement and improve our educational content. This can include device, browser, page, referral, and aggregated usage information.

3. Service providers and disclosure

We share information only with service providers needed to operate ACTsights. These currently include HubSpot for forms, marketing automation, and communications, plus Google Analytics for traffic analysis. We may also disclose information when required by law or a valid legal order.

4. Your control
