My career started in a life sciences lab, trained on the scientific method: form a hypothesis, test it, let the data tell the story. No gut feelings. No assumptions. Just the signal.

That discipline is what let me co-found Covalent Bonds with Laura Browne and lead it as COO. I walked into an industry running on instinct, campaigns launched on hunches, reports built to impress instead of to decide, and I built the data system that turned our numbers into a clear, actionable story. Over a decade, that became the agency's edge.

Then AI came into the picture, and it accelerated everything: how fast we could read the data, and how quickly the whole team could grasp the context behind it. That's when the system became too powerful to keep inside one agency. Every small and niche agency I knew needed it. And in a zero-click world, where the data itself is disappearing, this went from useful to urgent. The time is now.

So I built ACTsights®. The mission is simple: teach small marketing agencies how to find and read the data that's left, and rebuild the systems and workflows that keep them profitable and fast, so every decision stays data-informed, with or without me.
